Edward Gorey (American, 1925–2000) Untitled, 1965 All of Edward Gorey's characters inhabit a uniquely enigmatic world, where situations and relationships are alluded to but usually not explained. Take this group: the bird in the lower left holds a banner in its beak, declaring “An Exhibition.” One wonders: have they all arrived to see a show, or are they the show? And what’s with the guy floating above in his nightgown, let alone the masked man on the red bicycle? On the far right—that must be Gorey himself, topped with a bat. All orders are sent with our trusted delivery partner Royal Mail. Delivery is free for all UK orders over £50. Our Standard Delivery (2-5 working days) is £3.99. Express Delivery (1-2 working days) is £5.99. If you spend over £50 you can select express delivery at a reduced price of £3.99. We also offer free collection from store and free local delivery in Porthcawl (postal area CF36). Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will not be posted until the following Monday.
