Designed in consultation with professional chefs, the award winning Signature 16cm/6.5" flexible utility knife has a narrow blade and pointed tip for precision.
The flexible utility knife is a great all rounder, good for skinning and filleting fish, or boning and carving meat and poultry. The added flexibility ensures ease of handling around the bone. The Japanese-style blade edge is at a 15° angle and the knife has an ergonomically shaped handle for comfort, balance and to minimise fatigue in use.

Delivery Information
All orders are sent with our trusted delivery partner Royal Mail. Delivery is free for all UK orders over £50. Our Standard Delivery (2-5 working days) is £3.99. Express Delivery (1-2 working days) is £5.99. If you spend over £50 you can select express delivery at a reduced price of £3.99. We also offer free collection from store and free local delivery in Porthcawl (postal area CF36). Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will not be posted until the following Monday.
We only dispatch orders Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
